This Privacy Policy explains how Hydra Quality Solutions, LLC, operating as Hydra Apps™ ("Company", "we", "us") handles information when you use the SnapStamp mobile application ("App").

🔒 TL;DR: SnapStamp is a privacy-first app. Your photos stay on your device. We don't collect, store, or sell your personal data. Period.

1. Information We Do NOT Collect

SnapStamp is designed with privacy at its core. We do not:

Upload your photos to our servers
Collect personal information (name, email, phone number)
Track your location history
Store GPS coordinates on our servers
Use advertising SDKs or ad trackers
Sell or share any data with third parties
Create user profiles or accounts on our systems

2. Data That Stays on Your Device

All of the following data is stored locally on your device only and is never transmitted to us:

3. Cloud Sync (Pro Feature)

If you enable Cloud Sync, SnapStamp connects directly to your chosen cloud provider using OAuth 2.0 authentication.

Google Drive — including My Drive, Shared Drives, and Shared-with-me folders
Dropbox

What Cloud Sync Does

Photos are uploaded directly from your device to your cloud account
You choose exactly which folders sync and where photos are saved
You can create folders, browse, and organize within your cloud storage
Photos from team/shared drives can be uploaded if you have write access

Google Drive Access Scope

SnapStamp requests full access to your Google Drive files (drive scope). This broad scope is required because:

Shared Drives: Accessing and uploading to Team Drives requires the full drive scope — the restricted drive.file scope does not support Shared Drives
Shared-with-me folders: Browsing and uploading to folders shared by others requires broader access than app-only scopes provide
Folder management: Creating folders in Shared Drives and shared folders requires full drive access

What We Can and Cannot Do

SnapStamp reads your folder structure to let you browse and select upload destinations
SnapStamp uploads your photos to folders you explicitly choose
SnapStamp creates new folders when you request it
We never access, read, download, or modify your existing files
We never receive, store, or have access to your cloud credentials
We never receive or store your uploaded photos on our servers
OAuth tokens are stored locally on your device and never transmitted to us

Disconnecting

You can disconnect cloud sync at any time within the App. When disconnected, all local OAuth tokens are deleted and no further access to your cloud storage occurs. Previously uploaded photos remain in your cloud account.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Payments are processed entirely by Apple's App Store. We do not collect or have access to your payment information, credit card details, or Apple ID.

We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user ID, purchase transaction data, and subscription status. RevenueCat does not receive your name, email, photos, or any personal content. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.

You can revoke any permission at any time in your device's Settings. Location is never accessed in the background.

No analytics, advertising, or tracking services are used.

7. Analytics & Crash Reporting

SnapStamp does not use any third-party analytics, tracking, or crash reporting services.

8. Children's Privacy

SnapStamp is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. Since we don't collect personal data from any user, this concern is inherently mitigated.

9. Data Retention

Since we don't collect your data, there is nothing to retain. All app data is stored locally on your device. Deleting the App removes all locally stored data.

10. Your Rights

Access: All your data is on your device — you already have full access
Delete: Uninstall the app to delete all local data
Revoke permissions: Change any permission in device Settings at any time
Disconnect cloud: Remove cloud sync connection at any time within the App
Revoke Google access: Visit Google Account Permissions to revoke SnapStamp's access

11. International Users

SnapStamp is available worldwide. Since we don't collect or transfer personal data, there are no cross-border data transfer concerns.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of material changes through the App or our website.
